Parent Coaching for Overwhelmed, Caring Parents
You don’t need another chart. You need support.
Parenting a sensitive or strong-willed child can feel exhausting—especially when you’ve already tried everything. School meetings, reward systems, advice from professionals, late-night Googling… and the challenges keep coming back.
Parent coaching gives you guidance, clarity, and a plan—without blame or overwhelm.
Who Parent Coaching Is For
Parent coaching is a good fit if:
Your child has big emotions, meltdowns, or anxiety
You feel unsure how to respond without escalating things
School or daycare concerns keep coming up
You’re tired of managing behavior instead of understanding it
You want calmer days and more confidence as a parent
This work focuses on you, not just your child—because supported parents create safer, calmer homes.
How Parent Coaching Helps
Through parent coaching, we work together to:
Understand what’s driving your child’s behavior
Learn how to respond in ways that reduce power struggles
Support regulation, routines, and emotional safety
Build confidence in your parenting decisions
Create strategies that actually fit your family
This is practical, supportive, and tailored—no one-size-fits-all advice.
Meet Your Coach
I’m Angelique
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist. I support parents who feel overwhelmed, unsure, or stretched thin while caring deeply for their children. My approach blends neuroscience, nature, and play—so healing feels real, not clinical.
Clients often come to me when life feels heavy, confusing, or stuck. Together, we create space for relief, understanding, and hope.
You don’t have to parent perfectly. You just need support that makes sense.
Let’s start small. One step, one breath, one session at a time.
My Approach
-
Every child needs a trusting relationship to grow. I use Child-Centered Play Therapy and parent coaching to build safety and strengthen family bonds.
-
Outdoor and Walk-and-Talk Therapy sessions invite calm, curiosity, and mindfulness through gentle movement and time in nature.
-
Play is a child’s first language. Through toys, art, and sandtray, children express emotions they can’t yet put into words.
-
Stories help kids and families understand feelings, build empathy, and create new ways to cope—what I call Bibliotherapy.
I use gentle, child-centered methods rooted in four pillars—Connection, Nature, Play, and Books—to help children express emotions, build confidence, and thrive at home and school.
Each session is designed to meet your child where they are, helping healing unfold at their own pace.
