Session Rates & Packages
Standard therapy sessions start at $145 per session.
You can also choose from several therapy packages designed to save on cost and provide structured, goal-based support. -

Before Your First Session
You will complete all intake forms securely online. Please arrive (or log on) a few minutes early so we can start right on time. Link is found in your Client Portal and reminder email
For outdoor or walk-and-talk sessions, bring or wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing to my office at 4420 Madison Ave, KCMO.
For virtual sessions, find a quiet space—like your patio, a cozy corner, or near a favorite plant—to help you feel grounded.

After Your Session
It’s best to book 6-8 sessions ahead so you can be seen regularly without interruption. You’ll receive appointment reminders and can easily reschedule through the client portal.
