Gentle, brain-based support for kids, adults, and caregivers navigating big emotions, life changes, and the healing journey.

About Angelique

Hi, I’m Angelique Foye-Fletcher—

a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist. I help kids, adults, and families work through big feelings, difficult behaviors, and stuck relational patterns—with curiosity, creativity, and connection at the heart of it all.

I work with:

  • Parents overwhelmed by meltdowns, school calls, or constant power struggles

  • Kids who are navigating big emotions, attention difficulties, or social challenges

  • Adults ready to stop holding it all in and finally feel more present and whole

My approach is trauma-informed, brain-based, and deeply rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I specialize in helping adults reconnect with the younger parts of themselves—the ones who had to be the fixer, the achiever, the peacekeeper. Together, we’ll gently make space for those parts and develop real-life tools that support your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold—it can feel like coming home to yourself.
